By creating an account or using the Gaesancheck mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Gaesancheck is not directed to children under the age of 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of the photos, captions, pet profiles, and walk data you post ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Gaesancheck a non-exclusive license to host and display it within the App so the service can function (for example, showing your posts in the community feed). You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.
You agree not to use the App to: post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing content; impersonate others; attempt to access other users' accounts or data; or interfere with or disrupt the service. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report posts, comments, routes, groups and people, and block any user, from within the App. We review reports within 24 hours, remove objectionable content and suspend the accounts that posted it.
Gaesancheck provides walk tracking, maps, and route suggestions for convenience only. You are solely responsible for your own safety and your pet's safety during walks, for obeying all local leash and pet laws, and for following traffic and trespassing rules. Location and distance data are estimates and may be inaccurate.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that may cause harm to others or to Gaesancheck.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gaesancheck and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any injury, loss, or damage occurring during a walk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
